Class Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Our Allergy Life and enrolling your child in Food, Fun & Allergies: An Allergy-Smart Cooking Series.
Because enrollment is limited to 15 students and each student’s place is reserved specifically for them, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy.
Refunds apply to the class registration fee only. Any costs for ingredients, supplies, equipment, or other materials purchased by a parent/guardian are the responsibility of the parent/guardian and are not eligible for reimbursement by Our Allergy Life.
Before the Series Begins
Cancellations received 7 or more days before the first scheduled class are eligible for a full refund.
Within 7 Days of the First Class
Cancellations received fewer than 7 days before the first scheduled class are not eligible for a refund.
After the First Class Begins
No refunds will be issued once the first class has begun.
This includes choosing not to attend one or more of the remaining classes.
Once the series begins, your child’s seat has been reserved and the class materials and instruction have been prepared based on the enrolled student.
If Our Allergy Life Cancels a Class or Series
If Our Allergy Life must cancel the entire series, enrolled families will receive a full refund or another option offered by Our Allergy Life.
If Our Allergy Life must cancel or reschedule an individual class, families will be notified and a make-up class or other appropriate arrangement will be provided.
Technical Difficulties
Because this is an online class, occasional technical difficulties may occur. Our Allergy Life is not responsible for technical difficulties caused by the student’s internet connection, device, software, or home equipment.
If a technical problem with Our Allergy Life’s online class platform or equipment prevents the class from being delivered as scheduled, Our Allergy Life will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide a make-up class or other reasonable alternative.
